I am a Maine girl; born and raised, who connects with nature and the simple slowness that life in a rural area can provide. However, throughout my life I have lived in large cities and always found myself needing to find wild places nearby in order to recharge my batteries. A couple years ago I found myself living in Boston, where I spent at least 3 hours a day in my car, 5-6 hours in an office and with very little time to get outside and move my body. I was feeling burnout and lethargic.
I knew this needed to change! My family's quality of life was suffering, it was suffering because we got caught up in the day to day schedule struggle and didn’t have a container/structure that would allow us to prioritize the important pieces of living. Over the last year I have worked with an amazing coach and tribe of women who have helped me take back my life and make space for what is important for my life and work.
